We are seeking a Marketing & SEO Expert to elevate our brand, strengthen our digital presence, and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & SEO:
✅ Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
✅ Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
✅ Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and technical SEO to enhance search visibility.
✅ Monitor website analytics and SEO metrics to refine marketing strategies.
Social Media & Paid Advertising:
✅ Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
✅ Develop engaging content strategies and schedule posts across platforms.
✅ Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
✅ Implement retargeting and lead-generation strategies to drive conversions.
Email Marketing & Newsletters:
✅ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional content.
✅ Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation for maximum engagement.
✅ A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts for optimal performance.
Website Management & Updates:
✅ Oversee website updates, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
✅ Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance user experience (UX/UI).
✅ Implement and monitor website performance improvements.
Public Relations & Brand Awareness:
✅ Develop and manage PR campaigns to enhance brand reputation.
✅ Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners for press coverage.
✅ Write and distribute press releases and articles to relevant publications.
✅ Create and organize company events to boost brand visibility.
✅ Engage with trade professionals , including interior designers and architects, to build relationships.
✅ Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and social media campaign management.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads .
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms for website updates.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
PR experience in managing media relationships and brand communication is a plus.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the design and construction industry.
