FotoCole - Immediate Live Chat Support Agent Needed

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, address their inquiries, and provide top-notch assistance. Responsibilities:

1. Provide real-time assistance to clients via live chat, answering questions about photography services, pricing, and bookings.
2. Guide clients through the process of scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling photo sessions.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online galleries, digital downloads, or account access.
4. Assist clients with selecting photography packages, add-ons, and premium services.
5. Address and resolve customer concerns (e.g., delivery delays, editing requests, or session adjustments) during live chat interactions.
6. Process orders for prints, albums, and digital files while ensuring accurate billing and delivery details.
7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team (e.g., photographers, editors, or logistics) for resolution.
8. Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reference.
9. Upsell additional services (e.g., retouching, framing, or themed photo packages) during live chats.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone at all times.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
