We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and design, possess a solid foundation in graphic design principles, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work alongside our experienced design team to create engaging visual content that communicates our brand message effectively to our target audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts and create design solutions for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets.
2. Assist in the design and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
3. Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
4. Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements using graphic design software.
5. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to enhance creative output.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
6. Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions based on feedback.
7. Previous internship or work experience in graphic design is a plus.
