About the Role As our Social Media Content Creator and Marketer, you’ll play a pivotal role in telling the story of Jack Demmer Automotive Group. You’ll manage our dealership’s online presence, craft engaging content, and develop campaigns that connect with our audience and drive business growth. Your Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce and post high-quality content across all dealership social media platforms (photos, videos, articles, and more).
• Community Engagement: Monitor accounts, respond to customer comments/messages, and foster online relationships.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and content calendars to motivate customers and boost engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Work with store managers to create compelling calls to action, identify new leads, and support community events.
• Brand Building: Showcase the unique spirit of the Jack Demmer Automotive Group and amplify our voice across platforms.

What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is passionate about social media, thrives in a creative environment, and has the skills to take our online presence to the next level. Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, including experience running campaigns.
• Attention to detail and an understanding of platform nuances.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage internal processes effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An eye for photography, design, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Canva.

Personal Qualities:

• Creative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about connecting with people and building community.

Role Details

• Schedule: Full-time (35-40 hours/week) with flexibility to fit your needs.
• Location: Split time between our two locations (just 15 minutes apart). In-person presence required.
• Compensation: $20.00/hour, plus benefits including healthcare, paid vacation, and 401(k).
