What You'll Do:
As a Bilingual Counselor/Student Advocate, you'll provide free and essential support to current and former students regarding their student loans. You'll communicate with them via phone, email, and webchat, guiding them through available options and resources. Your ability to clearly explain complex information in both English and Spanish will be crucial to their understanding and success.

Available Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
What You'll Need:
Excellent problem-solving and listening skills.

A stable work history.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred, or one year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our office location in Lincoln, NE.
Successful completion of a background investigation is required.
