Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is looking for an Associate Creative Project Manager to join their team for a 6 month contract in Glendale, CA. This position requires working Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage successful relationships with clients of various disciplines and quickly establish rapport. Collaborate with PMs and Manager of Production Management to communicate project scope and manage project’s time, cost, and quality.
• Support the Manager of Production Management and PMs on executing tier 3 and 4 projects across creative and client teams.
• Work with PMs and Manager of Production Management to assess scope to confirm projects can be completed within the requested timeline and budget. Support PMs and Manager with client communications.
• Assist PMs and Manager of Production Management in the development of feasible project plans and schedules that benefits both the client and the internal resource teams.
• Assist Manager of Production Management in administrative duties for reporting, Smartsheet maintenance, and file organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years minimum PM experience coordinating multiple projects at a time
• Well-versed in project management systems such as Smartsheet.
• MS-Office experience
• Associate degree, business or related major
• Experience with Adobe Suite is Preferred
• Marketing/Creative Agency experience preferred.
