Position purpose:

The Visual Merchandising Manager is essential to elevating the luxury retail experience by crafting visually stunning displays that embody our brand’s aesthetic and values. This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative merchandising strategies that effectively showcase our products, captivate customers, and drive sales. If you have a passion for luxury retail and a flair for creating compelling visual narratives, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of visual merchandising displays at the counter level by reviewing and validating forecast planning and ordering of Point of Sale Materials, Makeup Grids, and supporting the production of lightbox transparencies and tools.

  • Understand the practical needs of counter-level visual merchandising to maximize product visibility and optimize sales potential, contributing to the development of the regional product launch plan.

  • Lead the installation and implementation of visual guidelines across all stores in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Co-lead the creation of visual merchandising displays for new store openings.

  • Ensure the quality of hard merchandising aligns with the brand’s standards.

  • Support and validate product launch animations and events in local markets, guiding local contractors to adhere to guidelines and deliver high-quality results.

  • Propose in-store improvements based on competitive observations, demonstrating a desire to learn about VM operations and report best practices.

  • Exhibit a hands-on, action-oriented approach to operational tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience in retail industry.
  • Diploma candidates with Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or any design-related field.
  • Interested in learning and applying marketing and VM strategies behind brand-production building.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw.
  • Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skill and being able work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to be flexible with incoming tasks.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational & communication skills.
  • Comfortable in fast paced environment.
