Key Responsibilities:
· Edit the CEO’s Podcast, The Path to Success, where he interviews someone in the onsite Podcast Studio, once every 2 weeks. This includes recording, editing, and learning to market the content on a national scale.
· Create 30-second to 90-second social media reels from captured video content, and market on various social media channels as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
· Work with CEO, Director of Technology, Director of Business Development, and Manager of Talent Acquisition to learn and participate in the coordination of digital marketing initiatives
· Adhere to all project deadlines and communicate well with the team
· Work as the company photographer and videographer to capture photo and video content
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
· Edit and publish internal training, recruitment, and monthly employee highlight videos
· Stay versed in the latest technology and marketing trends, including website analytics and data analysis tools
· Must be available at least 2 nights per week to capture photography & video for company & CEO social events including galas, private parties, and Entrepreneurs’ Organization events
Target KPI’s
· Target of 2-3 Podcasts edited and produced per month
· Target of 4 new videos video reels produced per week
· 2 new video recordings per month capturing company Trainings
· 1 new video per month highlighting the Employee of the Month
· 1 new custom video produced per month to follow industry trends on praising the company’s growth, culture, or hiring efforts
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Field & Video Production or a related field highly preferred – May be open to non-degreed with proven experience
· Prior experience capturing video content and editing/producing a Business Podcast highly preferred
· Proven working experience in digital marketing, including video production, graphic design, and social media marketing
· Highly creative with experience in bringing projects to life and managing to completion
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
· A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
· Meticulous self-starter eager to tackle new projects
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
· Prior experience in social media influencer marketing, a plus
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary based on skills & experience level, plus eligibility for performance related bonuses
Equipment: We will provide a company issued laptop, monitors, podcast recording studio, cameras, and video production equipment
