Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Baltimore, MD, US, is seeking a passionate Theatre Instructor to join our vibrant team. As a Theatre Instructor at LTYC, you will have the opportunity to inspire and nurture young talents in the performing arts. Your role will involve creating engaging and interactive theatre programs, guiding students in honing their skills, and fostering a love for the performing arts. Join us in shaping the leaders of tomorrow through the transformative power of theatre education. Salary: $25 - $34 hourly. Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans for theatre classes based on the age and skill level of students.
• Organize and manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Instruct students on acting techniques, improvisation, and stage presence.
• Coordinate and direct rehearsals for theatre productions and performances.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their acting skills.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in theatre instruction or related field
• Strong background in lesson planning and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with youth and create engaging activities
• US work authorization
