About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the overall success of our real estate business. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting activities, including managing financials for multiple entities using QuickBooks.
- Accounts Oversight: Handle accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Transaction Management: Monitor daily banking transactions and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of internal reports with third-party records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various financial and administrative tasks as needed to support the team's objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing financials for multiple entities, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and financial software.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial data.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate or property management.
- Familiarity with financial systems and databases.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters. Remote work is not available for this role.
