Pigtails & Crewcuts is a high-end, high-volume salon that caters to kids (we also do Mom & Dad cuts). Your job responsibilities would be as follows.

- Ensuring smooth and consistent salon operations on a day to day basis overseeing all required operational areas

- Assisting the "Regional" Salon Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing overall job performance of staff to ensure our overall customer       experience is exceptional

- Oversee daily efficiency and reporting of haircuts vs. labor hours per stylist

- Help Regional Manager and owner oversee labor hours to cut expenses when needed

- Working closely with the owner to implement marketing strategies and projects that help grow the business

- Delegating task and helping maintain cleanliness of salon, organization of retail and product inventory

- Provide strong and positive leadership that promotes a healthy team

- Maintain great relationships and communication with all team members and clients

FAMILY FRIENDLY SALON HOURS are (M-F 10-6, Sat 9-5, Sun 12-4), and the following holidays off.... New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!

Salary: Starting wage is $15-20 hour which includes daily tips. Experience and skills will also be a considered when discussing pay range. Opportunity to accrue vacation time and significant product commissions!

Qualifications and Skills Below. 

Arkansas Cosmetology License Required.

Previous salon management experience preferred

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Must also pass a background check and excellent references

Compensation: Up to $20 per Hour Including Daily Tips!

Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, “mom chairs” at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.
