Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hair Salon Manager with a cosmetology license. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience managing a hair salon, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients and staff thrive.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the hair salon
• Lead and manage a team of hairstylists and support staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and order hair care products
• Manage staff schedules and appointments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with salon marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements :

• Active cosmetology license
• 1+ year of experience in managing a hair salon
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
