Sales Executive - Education Technology Solutions
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in education? Join our team as a Sales Executive and be the driving force behind bringing innovative learning solutions to schools across the country. In this role, you'll help expand our reach by introducing our cutting-edge products and services to educational institutions in your region. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building lasting partnerships that support student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for your territory, contributing to our national goals while building a strong sales pipeline.
Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and present our solutions through engaging product demonstrations that highlight our value.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage renewals while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools, ensuring a seamless transition to Account Managers after the sale.
Participate in marketing events and gather insights to refine sales strategies and inform product development.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while keeping up-to-date on our product offerings and the latest trends in education technology.
Adapt to both remote and in-person sales environments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in educational technology.
A passion for improving education by integrating high-quality curriculum and resources into classrooms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
A proven track record of delivering solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with educational software and web-based technologies is a plus.
CRM experience (especially Salesforce) is preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Remote Flexibility: This is a remote position with a competitive base salary of $70-75k plus commission.
