Internship Title: Recruitment/HR Intern
The recruitment & HR division at All-Star Sports Academy is looking for a Recruitment/HR intern to join the team. This opportunity will provide the opportunity to learn about the process of how candidates are recruited & onboarded at All-Star Sports Academy. Interns will be responsible for learning the recruitment cycle from start to finish while initiating the steps of onboarding the candidate post-hire. Furthermore, this is an opportunity to be involved with our academy and position yourself for a career path within All-Star Sports Academy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing Candidates by Open Position
• Active/passive online sourcing
• In-person sourcing
• Assisting in coordinating/scheduling interviews
• Learning JazzHR/Systems
• Adding notes to candidate profiles
• Use the correct keywords and tags to organize the candidates.
• Assist in Onboarding Process
• Client status tracking
• Other Duties as assigned Training:
• ASSA/ASTS Overview
• Recruiting databases
• Daily sync-ups
• Recruiting role play and shadowing.

Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
