Crisis management experience is a plus. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. PR Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Design and execute media campaigns to promote products, services, and corporate initiatives. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to secure favorable coverage. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Respond to media inquiries and act as a liaison between the company and the press. Content Creation: Draft high-quality press releases, articles, speeches, blog posts, and social media content that reflect the company’s brand voice. Oversee content creation for internal and external communications. Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute PR events, including press conferences, media interviews, product launches, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Coordinate logistics for events and manage media attendance. Crisis Communication: Develop and execute crisis communication strategies when necessary. Serve as a spokesperson during emergencies or negative publicity situations, working to mitigate reputational damage. Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with overall PR and branding strategies. Monitor online conversations and manage the company’s response to public comments or issues. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment on messaging and company initiatives. Manage communications with external stakeholders such as customers, investors, partners, and industry professionals. Brand Advocacy: Promote the company’s values, mission, and vision in all public communications. Ensure consistency in the company’s tone, voice, and messaging across all channels. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, and provide regular reports to senior management. Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
