What You’ll Do:

Oversee construction projects from planning to completion
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks
Maintain clear communication across all teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Additional Skills

Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant experience
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification desired
Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
