Project Coordinator  – What You Will Do

You will support our team with data entry and document control including:

• Manage and track tool returns and requests
• Input data into accounting systems
• Process and update Prefab order forms
• Print and distribute necessary forms for the shop
• Coordinate material orders for both stock and special requests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage inventory, including stock levels, material audits, and organization
• Track and report on key performance metrics
• Conduct regular tool audits and maintain accurate records
• Oversee time-tracking logs and provide performance data updates

• You are reliable, organized and excited to start your career and gain new skills and exposure
• Computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook email
• Able to work in office 5 days a week in Houston
  

Compensation $45,000 and additional bonus potential.

This role requires successful completion of a drug test, background check and clean driving record prior to start date.
