Job Description

HumCap's client, an equipment distributor, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer facing project management functions, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. You will be a vital link between various teams and stakeholders, assisting in the coordination of resources, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Liaise with team members and stakeholders to communicate project expectations and updates.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues with the project team.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are executed effectively.
- Support budgeting and financial monitoring tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration is a plus, but entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training opportunities.
