Job Description

Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Warehouse Packers  and Order Packers for facilities located in Riverside, CA and surrounding cities. 

Schedule: 3rd shift 

Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour (based on position availability)

Requirements:

• Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
• Must pass background, drug screen, and E-Verify
• Previous experience in food production, food packaging, or a similar manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment. 
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack food products into boxes or containers, ensuring correct labeling and product quality in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow packing specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment and correct product codes.
• Inspect products for defects and verify they meet company standards and quality control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to food safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory of packing materials and report shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed, including prepping materials for packaging.
