Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Personal Assistant at Pardee Engineering, Inc. located in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks; greeting visitors, answering calls, handling administrative duties, such as filing, typing, copying, and binding documents. The Office Personal Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized office space, ordering and managing office supplies as needed, and ensuring efficient filing systems are in place. providing support to our small business. As a Part-Time Office Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment but most importantly providing support to our small business. Qualifications/Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically: Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting is a plus
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
  • Proven experience as an Office Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Language Requirement

English and Spanish

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. The position offers a great opportunity for any students.
