LaSalle Network has partnered with a dynamic and results-driven marketing agency based in Chicago, specializing in innovative campaigns that drive client success in hiring a Media Buyer . This agency is passionate about creating impactful digital marketing strategies, and we are looking for a Media Buyer to join their growing team.

As a Media Buyer , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, paid search, and programmatic platforms. You will work closely with their strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns are optimized to meet performance goals and align with client objectives.

Media Buyer Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement media buying strategies for digital campaigns across social media, paid search, and programmatic channels
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure maximum ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting with actionable insights
• Conduct audience research to optimize targeting and reach
• Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and ad formats with campaign goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising
• Negotiate with vendors and media platforms to secure optimal placements and pricing

Media Buyer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in media buying with a focus on digital platforms
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics or equivalent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Familiarity with emerging advertising technologies and trends
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or programmatic platforms are a plu
