POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a creative thinker with an eye for detail? 

Have you been looking for an opportunity in content marketing where your ideas will be valued?

As the Marketing Content Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist with content creation, photography, and upholding brand identity across various channels. You’ll also support other marketing initiatives and projects as the Marketing Manager assigns. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the rapidly growing field of vacation rental marketing and advertising —and the best part is that we’ll provide you with in-depth training to help you succeed.

In this role, you’ll combine your artistic flair with analytical precision to produce accurate, engaging work that connects with our audience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create various content for our websites and social media
• Manage social media interactions and reply to guest
• Craft blog posts and other SEO-prioritized content
• Capture, edit, and publish real estate photography for vacation rentals and other platforms /media (equipment and software provided )
• Assist the marketing team to complete a variety of ongoing initiatives
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent writing and grammatical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• An eye for interior design and property staging
• Interest in multi-channel marketing
• Strong sense of teamwork and communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher) as well as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign) preferred
• Vacation rental experience and local area knowledge are preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $18 - $22 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Annual bonuses awarded based on performance and merit.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed
