About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide vital mental health services to a diverse range of clients. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to empower individuals on their journeys to wellness. This role offers a flexible schedule and a hybrid work model, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You'll spend most of your time working remotely, with only a few days per month required in the office.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive mental health counseling services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.
What You'll Need:

Active New York State LMHC license.
Strong clinical skills and experience in mental health counseling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A1 compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered approach.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 65,000.00 Per Year
