Grow Through Life Counseling.

The Mission of Grow Through Life Counseling is to provide quality counseling for all ages throughout life. We provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care for all children, teens, adults, couples, and families in California. We respect each family member's unique identities, perspectives, and experiences in life. With effective and creative psychotherapeutic interventions, we support emotional growth and development during the various stages of life to build healthy relationships and collaboration with the community.

Job Details:
The duties of our licensed clinician role include a strong focus on clinical care both in person and via Telehealth: 

• Assess and diagnose patients 
• Create Treatment Plan 
• Provide Outpatient Counseling Ongoing 
• Attending meetings as needed 
• Attend monthly licensed consultations 
• Care coordination 
• Minimal documentation
• CEU's provided 

Responsibilities:

• Case consults as needed by licensed staff - add to the chart notes.
• CPS or other breaches consult with the clinical lead
• Email: communicate with the team in a timely and effective way; respond to non-urgent items within 72 hours or sooner when possible (often).
• Text messages: available via Text from clinical staff for emergent matters and respond in a timely way (rarely).

Qualification & Experiences:

• Prior Counseling of all ages and loving direct care: 2 years (Required).
• Willingness to work with couples
• Experience with military populations (preferred).).
• Team player (required).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Telehealth experience (preferred).
