We are hiring Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) at all of our locations! Our clinicians are competent and passionate about their work. We believe in doing better by growing and learning at ages. Qualifications: 

• Counseling youth and loving this work: 2+ years (required).
• Passion for working with youth and early intervention.
• Understanding of child development and needs at various stages.
• Understanding of childhood mental health disorders.
• Providing support to parents as part of the care.
• Willing to work collaboratively with a team.
• Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines.
• Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines.
• Open to learning from our talented clinicians.
• Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications.
• Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred).
• Experience working with military families (preferred).
• Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred).
• Prior Telehealth experience (preferred).
• Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred).
• Willingness to work with couples (preferred).
• Military populations experience (preferred).
• Help with substitute supervision as needed.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Multicultural expertise.
