As a Legal Transcription Quality Assurance Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of legal transcripts. You'll work closely with our team of transcriptionists to provide valuable feedback and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough quality assessments of legal transcripts, identifying and correcting any errors.
Provide constructive and informative feedback to transcriptionists to help them improve their skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality standards and improve workflows.
Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in legal transcription.
2+ years of experience in the legal field.
1+ year of experience in transcription quality assurance.
Proven ability to proofread and edit documents effectively and efficiently.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and court procedures.
Advanced typing speed of 60+ WPM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with legal transcription software and technology.
Knowledge of industry-standard quality control procedures.
