Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy. You will be responsible for entering routing requests, supporting transportation planning efforts, and collaborating with our external partners to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

Enter routing requests from our vendor booking system into our Order Management System (OMS).
Organize routing requests and send them to carrier partners for shipment assignments.
Manage new user account setups in the vendor booking system.
Maintain organized files of shipment data to ensure entries are complete and accurate.
Follow best practices for data management while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with transportation planning analysts to support the flow of goods from domestic vendors.
What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and carriers.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills and experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
