Job Description

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience as Instructional Designer.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 for eLearning development.
• Experience with video creation and editing for eLearning modules.
• Experience in creating user guides and work instructions.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools for content creation.
• Experience in knowledge base software for documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using various methods.
• Create, edit, and maintain content for work instructions and user guides.
• Research system changes and analyze their impact on training materials.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely document creation and revisions.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to review and approve materials.
• Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and logical flow in all instructional content.
