As the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs, allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, and motivating staff. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
