We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team in either Irvine, CA, or Corona, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and litigate family law cases from start to finish, including custody, visitation, support, protective orders, divorce, domestic violence, and paternity cases.
• Conduct research on complex family law issues to develop case strategies.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Attend and participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials, demonstrating both legal expertise and compassion.
• Provide guidance and support to other attorneys on more complex family law cases.
• Track and manage billable hours while ensuring all case management and client service standards are met.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ethical standards in all client and case interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with court proceedings and litigation in family law cases.
• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) or eligibility is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients of various backgrounds.
