What You'll Do

DAS Technology is on the lookout for a meticulous and self-motivated Copywriter  who thrives in an independent work environment. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completion of various departmental tasks through careful auditing of contracted services. If you take pride in your attention to detail and prefer a role with clear tasks and minimal oversight, we'd love to hear from you!

Your mission will be to conduct thorough audits and compile insightful reports that highlight the effectiveness of our services. This role offers the personal space to focus on specific tasks, enabling you to make impactful contributions while enjoying private recognition for your achievements.

  • Account Auditing: Regularly audit active accounts to ensure compliance with contractual services, focusing on detail-oriented tasks. 
  • Reputation Management: Assist with managing client reputations by selecting and posting appropriate review responses, allowing you to work independently. 
  • Report Compilation: Prepare detailed monthly reports for top OEM partnerships based on specific client criteria with high standards of accuracy. 
  • Executive Results Reporting: Ensure clients receive comprehensive Executive Results Reports demonstrating the value of DAS products throughout the year. 
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Assist various departments with special tasks and information collection across our account base, without direct reporting responsibilities. 
  • Program Monitoring: Provide regular checkpoints for top OEM programs to ensure compliance with program requirements, focusing on precision and efficiency. 
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare monthly reporting and documentation for key accounts and partnerships with an emphasis on detail. 
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify ways to streamline processes and enhance workflows, allowing for independent work. 
  • Activity Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all activities in Dynamics or SharePoint, ensuring thorough documentation of tasks completed. 

What You'll Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or proven field experience required. 
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills with a strong emphasis on grammar and spelling for clear communication. 
  • Data Entry Skills: Strong data entry abilities with intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel; detail-oriented. 
  • Quality Control: Proven ability to maintain quality control, meet deadlines, and deliver precise results. 
  • Organizational Skills: Resourceful, highly dependable, and able to manage your own tasks effectively. 
  • Social Media Knowledge : Superior understanding of social media platforms is helpful for managing client reputations. 
  • Productivity & Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Preferred experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
