Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance collaboration across product, development, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery.

User Experience: Ensure the CMS and EMS products are intuitive, user-friendly, and integrate seamlessly into the overall product suite, delivering a cohesive experience for our users.

Client Feedback and Documentation: Establish a robust feedback loop with customers, incorporating insights into product improvements. Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and APIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a director role, ideally in a SaaS platform environment.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven success in leading data, billing, or finance-based product teams and delivering large-scale solutions.
Deep understanding of technology infrastructures and software development, with a strategic mindset to drive innovation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of data storage, security, and privacy requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
