Our global pharma client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week onsite 3 days/week in Irvine, CA. 2 days are work from home.

The Digital Project Manager will manage a portfolio of web projects on the AEM platform, delivering digital tactics like websites, emails, banners, and apps. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple agency partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee all active web projects for the assigned therapeutic area.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues, recommending process-based solutions.

Understand AEM Authoring environment to assess best delivery strategies.

Support web specialist team with Veeva submission tasks and track project status.

Lead status calls, highlighting potential risks and connecting project dots.

Assist with project estimation by consulting appropriate tech teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Strong project management knowledge

Understanding of technical development for responsive websites, emails, banners, and iPad apps

3+ years of experience with enterprise websites (AEM or other CMS)

Competency in web UX conventions, accessibility, and SEO

General knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Trello, Workfront

Proficiency in Google Drive Sheets, Docs, and Slides

Agile development process exposure preferred

Experience In Pharmaceuticals Or Regulated Industries Preferred

Experience with Veeva and Workfront is a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
