Job Description

Job Title: Data Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our team onshore. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in SQL to design, query, and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
Perform data profiling to assess the quality of datasets and identify any inconsistencies or anomalies.
Apply data cleansing techniques to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Design and implement data models that effectively organize and structure data for both short-term and long-term projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions that drive data-driven decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate raw data into valuable insights, making complex data accessible and understandable.
Participate in Agile development processes, attending regular sprints and collaborating with the team on project deliverables.
Ideal Qualifications:

Solid experience with SQL, data profiling, cleansing, and modeling.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert raw data into valuable insights.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with SAP and Oracle JDE.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Tableau, or Qlik for project management and data visualization.
Personal Attributes:

Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and drive results independently.
Comfortable leading Scrum meetings and facilitating collaboration within the team.
