About job:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that promote our organizational goals and enhance brand awareness. As a key member of our marketing department, you will work closely with various stakeholders, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Salary Range: 

$1100 - $1450 per week

Job:  Full time

Location:  Dallas, TX

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals.
• Draft, edit, and publish content for various platforms including social media, websites, and newsletters.
• Create and distribute press releases and other media materials to enhance public awareness and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and produce informative and engaging content.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
• Manage the organization’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities to develop innovative communication strategies.
