Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator for our day shift team at our facility located in Gilbert, AZ, 85233. Normal day shift hours are 5:30 am - 2:00 pm Monday - Friday, but currently running a flexed schedule of 5:00 am - 3:30 pm If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for machine setups for production runs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3 - 5 axis CNC milling machines for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform machine setups, including tool changes and calibration, to meet production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC mills to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a CNC Mill Operator, preferably in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operating systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• U.S. Person Requirements -Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
