ABOUT THE ROLE

The Capital Intern will report to the Capital Team, within Endeavor Catalyst, which supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs in ensuring that they are thoroughly prepared to raise capital from the best venture capital and growth equity investors. Throughout the two months of your time with us, you will help entrepreneurs prepare to raise their next round of funding by creating pitch materials, mapping out potential investors, curating outreach strategies, and more. You will also get to play a role in the Endeavor Catalyst investment process and see first-hand how our rules-based fund operates.

This role will work most closely with Anna Hubbell (Manager, Capital), Isabela Carvajal (Associate, Capital), Margaret Pollack (Director, Endeavor Catalyst & Capital), and Jaysel Shah (Investor Network Lead).

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.

• Program Duration: Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025
• Pay : $17/hr, up to 40 hours/week
• Candidates: For this role, we are accepting applications from rising juniors and seniors.

HIRING TIMELINE

• We will be accepting applications until January 10th and begin interviews in the week following. An offer will be made by the middle of February.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grasping truly ‘global’ VC: You will dive into Endeavor’s network of venture capital funds, helping to identify which funds may potentially be a fit for investment into the companies we are supporting at the time. You will support the team to compile this information in a digestible way for our entrepreneurs and, ultimately, help facilitate outreach for investment opportunities.
• Diving into Endeavor’s mentor network : You will identify key mentors to recruit into the network, narrowing in on specific challenge areas that require certain expertise. You will create a thoughtful strategy to recruit and engage a few key mentors that are highest on the priority list for our entrepreneurs’ unique fundraising needs.
• Creating case studies: One of the most powerful ways for us to showcase the unique role we play is by having strong examples on hand. Over the course of the summer, you will create a few case studies that showcase where our capital support has been the most impactful, which can ultimately be used as a tool to help recruit future entrepreneurs into the network.
• Supporting Endeavor Catalyst Investments: You will support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process by writing outreach notes to investors, as well as memos for direct investment opportunities for the Endeavor Catalyst LP network.
• Convening the network : You will help coordinate an Endeavor Investor Network event in New York, one of Endeavor’s global hubs to curate meaningful connections between our networks of investors and our portfolio companies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a student attending an undergraduate institution with courses leading to a degree, certificate or diploma .
• A demonstrated interest in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and international development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is a plus

BENEFITS, PAY, and TIMELINE

• This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week
• The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
• Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
