What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Counselor, you'll assist students in understanding their student loans by explaining available resources and repayment options. You will connect with current and past students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and webchat, offering guidance and support in both English and Spanish. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students' financial futures.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
What You'll Need

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent listening abilities
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A solid work ethic and integrity
Stable work history
High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
Must be within commuting distance of the office location
Successful completion of a background check required
