Our client, a leader in the automotive sector, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Quality Controller to join their dynamic team. As part of the Aftersales Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest repair quality standards and ensuring that the workshop meets the franchises performance expectations.
Tasks
Perform various checks on vehicles, namely:
Final Checks on random vehicles to ensure that the repair has been completed fully and correctly
Quality Checks on random repair orders, including repair quality and complete documentation
Body and Paint checks and completely fill in the associated documentation
Perform road tests when and as necessary to ensure that no underlining faults are present prior to vehicle handover
Compile reports on, but not limited to, repair quality, repeat repairs and customer complaints.
Participate in regular meetings with the Aftersales, Training and Quality Manager to analyse the workshops quality procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal and franchise-specific service procedures.
Assist in quality checking of the service department when necessary, including checking of tool calibration records and service documentation.

Qualifications and Experience
O-level education standard
A certificate in Automotive Technology and Repair would be considered an asset
2 years working experience
Valid drivers licence category B
