The Assistant Property Manager will work together with the Property Manager at an iconic hotel that's being converted to apartment homes. The newly innovative hotel conversion will have 200 total units. Units are being renovated into studio to 1 bedroom apartments, possibly 2 bedrooms.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Marketing- create marketing and social media plans.
• Lease Up
• Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
• Direct and participate in the daily operations of the property.
• Manage all leasing duties such as tour applications and final leasing paperwork.
• Maintain the system for service requests and follow-ups.
• Maintain the resident database accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Lifting, bending, standing, walking.
• Weekend availability is a must.
