Job Description and Duties

This is a hybrid position which requires a minimum of three (3) office days per week.

If so, Facilities Management has an Assistant Property Manager position available!

The successful candidates will oversee all aspects of managing their assigned office(s) including:

  • Property operations
  • Custodial services
  • Collaboration with Engineering services
  • Tenant & customer relations
  • Security program
  • Vendor management
  • Financial reporting
  • Lease administration
  • Space planning
  • Facility improvement projects

Selected candidates will be required to continue their career development via courses and additional training opportunities through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) or the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).

New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.

Telework may be available and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.
