We are looking for an amazing person to serve as our Nurse Injector in our new MediSpa inside our clinic. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. In this role, you will provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments to enhance the appearance and confidence of our patients. Your expertise in administering injectables and your commitment to delivering outstanding patient care will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals. The position is part time currently but can convert to a full time position as our Injector gets busier. There is a guaranteed hourly salary with commissions for sales and some procedures.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess patients' needs, educate them on available treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic enhancements, ensuring precision and safety.
• Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector or similar credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, with a strong proficiency in injectable treatments for Galderma and Allergan.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent patient care.
• Keen attention to detail, infection control practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
• Sales are the bread and butter of a spa, and our team members need to be comfortable recruiting return customers with their service and selling ample treatments/products in their role as Nurse Injector.
• Be able and Willing to Learn new techniques and procedures because in the Spa business, there is always something new!

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Our Nurse Injectors should have completed an accredited program and have a valid license with the State Board.
• Be able to evaluate the guest’s skin and offer recommendations and treatments.
• Must Sign a 2 Year Non-Compete Agreement
• Must have experience in the Field of Cosmetics and Skin Care
• Administer medical cosmetic treatments under the supervision of a Medical Provider
• Have excellent customer service, wonderful people skills, warm and open friendliness, and the desire to give our guests a wonderful experience so that they return.
• Be proficient in the knowledge of chemicals, cleaning sanitizing, and maintaining equipment.
